As part of ongoing efforts to enhance local infrastructure and complete roadway improvements, temporary road closures are scheduled for today, Monday, January 26, due to ongoing construction activities in the area:
Full Closures
- Banyan Road
- Oleander Way
Additional Impacts
Intermittent closures are expected at the following intersections as construction activities require:
- Gulf Stream Road and Lakeview Drive
- Gulf Stream Road and Banyan Road
- These intersections will not be continuously closed. Closures will occur as needed, and a flagman will be stationed on site to allow through traffic when possible.
These closures are necessary to safely support construction operations and ensure continued progress of the neighborhood improvement project. Access for residents and emergency services will be maintained whenever possible, and work will be completed as efficiently as conditions allow.
Residents are encouraged to plan alternate routes and exercise caution when traveling near active construction areas.
