Notification of planned construction activity for 08/18/25 thru 08/22/25:
Roadway Construction plans to perform the following work activities:
- Conduct drainage, curb and gutter, and road work on Gulf Stream Road and Sea Road. Planned work includes the removal of the existing roadway and installation of new subgrade and base.
- Continue with the installation of the water main and drainage utilities on Oleander Way.
- Remove Road, perform waterline and services, work and install the 1st lift of base on Lakeview Drive East of Polo Drive.
- Remove Road, perform storm drainage work, and install the 1st lift of base on Banyan Road between State Road A1A and Gulfstream Road.
- Conduct restoration in various locations throughout phase 2. Scheduled work activities include irrigation repair, grading, restoration behind the curb, and the installation of sod.
