Notification of planned construction activity for 12-22-25 through 12-28-25:
- Remove road, install base rock, and install concrete valley gutters on Bermuda Way.
- Install waterline and services on Old School Road between Gulfstream Road and Polo Drive.
- Remove road, install base rock, and install concrete valley gutters on Oleander Way between Banyan Road and Lakeview Drive.
- Remove road, install base rock, construct concrete valley gutters, and pave Lakeview Drive between Gulfstream Road and Oleander Way.
Access will be restricted to residents residing on these streets. In observance of the holiday, construction operations will be paused on December 25 and December 26.
