As part of ongoing efforts to enhance local infrastructure and improve neighborhood conditions, temporary road closures are scheduled for today, Tuesday, January 13, on the following streets:
- Banyan Road
- Lakeview Drive
- Oleander Way (north end at Oleander and Banyan)
Additionally, Gulfstream Road will experience intermittent closures at various locations between Lakeview and Banyan, including possible single-lane closures. Paving will also occur in front of 3550 Gulfstream Road.
Oleander will be paved on the north end (Oleander and Banyan). The south end (Oleander and Lakeview) still requires repair work and will be paved at a later date. Lakeview Drive will not be paved at this time due to ongoing repair work.
These closures are necessary to safely accommodate paving and repair work and ensure the continued progress of the neighborhood improvement project. Access for residents and emergency services will be maintained whenever possible, and all work will be completed as efficiently as conditions allow.
Residents are encouraged to plan alternate routes and exercise caution when traveling near active construction areas.
