As part of ongoing efforts to enhance local infrastructure and complete roadway improvements, temporary road closures temporary road closures are scheduled for today, Friday, January 22, due to repair work and paving activities in the area:
Full Closures
- Banyan Road
- Oleander Way
- Roadway closures on Banyan Road and Oleander Way will take place after the morning school traffic to allow for continued repair work.
Additional Impacts
- Repair work will be occurring at the intersections of Banyan Road and Gulf Stream Road, as well as Lakeview Drive and Gulf Stream Road.
- These intersections may be temporarily closed and then reopened as work progresses.
- Traffic will be directed via Polo Drive to Sea Road or Golfview Drive as needed.
These closures are necessary to safely accommodate repair and paving work and to ensure continued progress of the neighborhood improvement project. Access for residents and emergency services will be maintained whenever possible, and work will be completed as efficiently as conditions allow.
Residents are encouraged to plan alternate routes and exercise caution when traveling near active construction areas.
