Project Update 10/27/25 – 11/02/25

Notification of planned construction activity for 10-27-25 through 11-02-25:

Roadway Constructions plans to perform the following work activities:

• Conduct paving on Sea Road between Bermuda Way and A1A.
• Pave one side of Banyan Road, remove road, and install the 1^st lift of base on the other side of the road between Gulfstream Road and A1A.
• Remove road, construct concrete valley gutters, and install base on Lakeview Drive between Gulfstream Road.
• Continue with drainage work on Oleander Way between Lakeview Drive and Banyan Road.
• Remove road, construct concrete valley gutters, and install base on Golfview Drive between Polo Drive and Gulfstream Road.
• Pave Oleander Way North of Banyan Road.
