Notification of planned construction activity for 06/30/25 thru 07/06/25:
- Roadway Construction will be installing concrete valley gutter and the second lift of base rock at Middle Rd between Polo Drive and Gulfstream Road.
- Roadway Construction will be installing storm drainage utilities on Lakeview Drive between Polo Drive and Gulfstream Road.
- Roadway Construction will be performing road removal and installation of the first lift of base on Gulfstream Road between Lakeview Drive and Old School Road.
- Roadway Construction will be installing storm drainage utilities on Gulfstream Road after Banyan Road headed North just before Sea Road.
- Roadway Construction will be performing water line and service installations on Sea Road.
- Please be advised that access to the Core Area will be limited from Sea Road. Please follow all maintenance of traffic signage placed informing motorists and pedestrians of areas where construction is taking place and follow alternate routes around construction areas as required.
Please be advised that no work will take place on July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day.
